Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking. Every order includes a tracking number. You can track your package at any time via the carrier's website using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs and Duties. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Delays. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues. FreshPaw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
