We want you and your pet to love FreshPaw. If you're not completely happy, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Email contact@freshpawee.com to start your return and we'll issue a prepaid return label.
Return cost
Returns are at the customer's cost. The prepaid return label is £20, deducted from your refund (or payable up front). We do not offer free returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus the £20 return label) is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email contact@freshpawee.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement, with no return or fee needed.
